Who We Are
Dorico Dynamics was born from a clear vision: Africa doesn't need to wait decades to achieve the technological maturity of Europe or North America. With the right tools, the right strategy, and partners who understand the local context, that bridge can be built now.
We are a Mozambican technology company, officially founded in November 2025, but with two years of product development and expertise building in the background. We specialize in DevOps, Software Development, and Cloud Migration — serving organizations in the public sector, private enterprise, finance, healthcare, and defense.
Our team of over 20 engineers combines international experience in mission-critical banking systems, defense infrastructure, and large-scale cloud architectures with deep knowledge of the operational realities of Mozambique and the African continent.

We continued Volta HR development and began working on solutions for critical sectors like banking and mobility.

Official Launch
In November 2025, Dorico Dynamics was officially registered. Volta HR went into production with the first paying clients.
