A Mozambican engineering company building systems that have to be checked
Dorico Dynamics LDA designs and delivers software for organisations where a decision has to be explainable, an operation has to be reversible, and a record has to survive review.
What we do
Dorico Dynamics LDA was registered in November 2025 in Maputo, Mozambique. The products in our portfolio began earlier, as engineering work carried out before the company was formally constituted; we describe that period as product development rather than as company history.
We build in two directions at once. Our products — InfraNotes, Attesta, InfraShift, VoltaHR, and HoyoAI — cover financial operations, compliance evidence, database migration, workforce operations, and governed AI for software delivery. Our services — DevOps and cloud, cloud migration, custom software development, and technical consulting — apply the same engineering to client systems.
The connecting idea is narrow and practical: when a system makes a decision that someone will later question, that decision should be reproducible, and the evidence for it should still exist.
Operating context
Based in Maputo
Our registered office is in Maputo, Mozambique. Our work reflects that context, including Mozambique-specific payroll handling in VoltaHR.
English and Portuguese
We work and deliver in both languages, and this website carries equivalent scope and limitations in each.
Self-hosted and controlled environments
Several products are designed to run inside customer-controlled infrastructure, including restricted-network execution for InfraShift.

We hold our own copy to the same standard we build to.
