This notice explains what personal data Dorico Dynamics LDA collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who processes it on our behalf.
Who is responsible
Dorico Dynamics LDA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office and contact details are on the contact page. Enquiries about this notice can be sent to the address listed there.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, subject, and message content you provide. Role and telephone number are optional. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking on this website.
Abuse prevention
To prevent automated abuse of the contact form we process a bot-verification token issued by Cloudflare Turnstile and a short-lived, truncated form of the network address the request came from. The truncated address is used only to apply rate limits and is not stored with your message or shared with any recipient.
Why we use it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us, and, where you tick the consent box, your consent to be contacted about the enquiry.
Who processes it
Your message is delivered to our team by Resend, an email delivery provider, and bot verification is performed by Cloudflare. These providers process the data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from the last message in the exchange, after which it is deleted unless it has become part of a contract or a legal record. Rate-limit records are discarded within one hour.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to the contact address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data collected through this website, we will update this page and the date shown above.
